The iDEX Open Challenge 2025 invites startups, MSMEs, innovators, and individuals to submit innovative solutions that address critical defense and technological challenges with the opportunity to be recognized and supported at a national level.
Applicants are required to carefully follow the instructions to ensure their submission is complete and valid. All fields in the NIC form are mandatory, and responses must avoid special characters for security reasons. Submissions must include the specified documents in PDF format only, following the provided templates and naming conventions. Templates include the Proposed Problem Statement, Proposed Technical Solution, Proposed Solution Benefits, and Applicant’s Resume.
The submission process involves uploading each document individually as per the NIC Form instructions, ensuring they are complete, correctly formatted, and verified before final submission. Incomplete submissions, those not using the templates, or late entries may not be considered. However, late submissions could be rolled over to the next quarter of the Open Challenge.
Applicants are advised to apply well before the deadline to avoid last-minute issues.
