The Venture-Z Startup Competition offers an exciting platform for Generation Z entrepreneurs to bring their innovative ideas to life.
Known for being digital natives, socially conscious, and entrepreneurial, Generation Z thrives in environments that encourage creativity, inclusivity, and technology-driven solutions. This competition is designed to harness their unique strengths, offering participants the opportunity to showcase their ventures, gain recognition, and access resources to accelerate growth.
Generation Z is characterized by their comfort with technology, openness to diversity, and strong social awareness. They value personalized experiences, have an entrepreneurial mindset, and are eager to create solutions that address real-world challenges. The Venture-Z Startup Competition aligns perfectly with these traits, providing a launchpad for young innovators to turn ideas into impactful startups.
The competition features three specialized tracks to support cutting-edge innovations. Track 1, Smart Infrastructure & Sustainable Engineering, focuses on AI-driven solutions for civil, structural, geotechnical, transportation, water, and energy infrastructure. Track 2, Environmental Intelligence & Climate Action, highlights innovations that promote environmental protection, climate resilience, and resource management. Track 3, Urban Innovation & Community Well-being, is dedicated to advancements in urban living, mobility, governance, health, and social welfare.
Participants in the Venture-Z Competition will compete for top awards sponsored by Prince Sultan University. The first-place winner will receive 30,000 SAR, the second-place winner 20,000 SAR, and the third-place winner 10,000 SAR. Beyond financial support, winners gain valuable visibility and mentorship to help scale their startups.
The competition is open to individuals and teams of up to five members who are 18 years or older and have a viable business idea or early-stage startup. International participants are also welcome, creating a diverse and dynamic community of innovators. By bringing together young minds from across industries, the Venture-Z Startup Competition seeks to inspire, reward, and empower the next generation of entrepreneurial leaders.
