The NGO “Center for Corporate Social Responsibility Development” (CSR Ukraine), in partnership with Activia through the U&WE HUB program, announces the launch of a grant competition to support Ukrainian women entrepreneurs, their businesses, and mental well-being.
Strengthen the economic opportunities of female entrepreneurs through financial support for businesses, take care of women’s psychological resources, their resilience and recovery, 50% – for personal recovery and mental health: consultations with a psychologist or coach, recovery and educational programs, activities to maintain balance and resourcefulness, 50% – for business development: purchase of equipment, tools or materials, payment for services necessary for scaling or improving business processes, business potential for development, the social component of business and the compliance of business with the values of sustainable development, quality of the estimate and clarity of the request, the realism of the plan for using the grant, personal motivation.
The competition aims to empower Ukrainian women who play an important role in community resilience, economic recovery, and national development. The initiative provides financial support enabling women to expand their businesses while simultaneously investing in psychological well-being and personal resilience.
The winner of the competition will receive UAH 100,100 in sub-grant after taxes. The funding will be directed equally toward mental health support and business growth needs. Eligible participants include women entrepreneurs who own micro- or small businesses in Ukraine, are tax residents of Ukraine, and have the required documentation package. Businesses in temporarily occupied territories and the Autonomous Republic of Crimea are not eligible.
Selection will focus on development potential, social value, alignment with sustainable development principles, clarity of budget planning, the feasibility of the implementation plan, and personal motivation to grow.
