Deadline Date: November 28, 2025
The Digital Republic Social Enterprise Fund is seeking a nonprofit organization to act as an operational partner for a new initiative to be implemented by the social enterprise in 2026 and supported by a private entity.
The focus areas of this opportunity are the interception and selection of beneficiaries; development and delivery of training activities through micro-learning modules such as “Digital Readiness & Productivity Tools”, “Business Model & Value Proposition”, “Digital Marketing Essentials”, “Financial Literacy for Entrepreneurs”, and “E-Commerce”; provision of services for the conciliation of personal and working life with training actions including vouchers and participation allowances for beneficiaries who complete the training modules; availability of €100,000.00 for the Operational Partner; activities to be carried out between January and June 2026; requirements for the Operational Partner including being a private non-profit entity, being established for at least two years through a public deed or authenticated or registered private agreement, having a registered office in Italy, not being a university, trade association, or union, and never having carried out activities in conflict with the objectives of the Digital Republic Fund.
This initiative will be implemented by the Fund for the Digital Republic – Social Enterprise Srl, which intends to select a non-profit organization as its Operating Partner through the submission of project proposals. Each applicant must design a project that includes identifying and selecting beneficiaries and delivering training programmes using micro-learning modules tailored to enhance key digital and entrepreneurial competencies. These modules are structured to strengthen skills required to launch or grow entrepreneurial activities, supporting women’s participation in Milan’s evolving economic landscape.
The programme places strong emphasis on inclusion by offering measures that help women manage personal responsibilities alongside training participation. Vouchers, allowances, and other supportive services ensure that women from disadvantaged areas can access and complete the training without additional financial burdens, creating equitable opportunities for entrepreneurial growth.
The selected Operational Partner will receive a dedicated budget to implement the project within the stipulated timeframe of January to June 2026. To qualify, organizations must meet all legal and structural criteria and demonstrate alignment with the objectives set by the Digital Republic Fund, ensuring that the programme is executed effectively and contributes meaningfully to empowering women in the digital and business sectors.
