Deadline Date: November 23, 2025
The SSN iFound Incubation Program supports startups that have validated their ideas and developed a proof of concept, helping them transition effectively toward market readiness.
The focus areas of the program include Enhanced Problem-Solution Fit and Market Insights, Robust Product Development, Comprehensive Go-to-Market Strategy, Strategic Business and Financial Planning, Strong Mentorship and Networking, Legal and Compliance Proficiency, Pitching and Presentation Skills, Continuous Innovation Culture, and Ready for Scaling and Expansion.
The program supports startups on the journey from proof of concept or prototype to a minimum viable product, while those with fully developed products can refine their development and prepare for go-to-market strategies. It provides deep market insights to help founders understand customer needs and refine their value propositions through continuous testing and customer feedback. Startups will enhance product development through structured progression from prototype to MVP and finally to a market-ready product, supported by iterative refinement and beta testing.
Participants will also gain a comprehensive go-to-market approach by building strong marketing messages, effective customer acquisition strategies, and early-stage revenue generation plans. The program strengthens business planning through refined business models, scalable growth strategies, and preparation for investor engagement with strong value propositions and compelling pitch narratives.
Founders will receive guidance from experienced mentors, including entrepreneurs, corporate leaders, and angel investors. Regular interactions with potential investors and industry experts will expand networks and open opportunities for funding. Startups will also build legal and compliance capabilities, covering incorporation, intellectual property, regulatory requirements, and corporate governance practices aligned with sustainable development goals.
The program further enhances founders’ pitching and presentation skills through regular practice sessions and interactions with investors. It promotes a culture of continuous innovation by encouraging experimentation, key metrics monitoring, and optimization. Startups will also be equipped with strategic growth and expansion plans, enabling sustainable scaling and new market entry. Additionally, funding support of up to ₹50 lakhs is available through grants and equity assistance from SSN iFound.
Eligibility requires startups to have validated their idea and developed a proof of concept, with the cohort open to those progressing toward an MVP. Startups with fully developed products may also apply. Applicants must focus on innovative solutions in areas listed in the application form or specify their focus if unlisted. They must commit to monthly in-person sessions at SSN iFound in Kalavakkam and have clear financial projections for the next year.
