Deadline Date: December 30, 2025
The ADT4Blue OC3 Programme offers a unique opportunity for startups, SMEs, entrepreneurs, and individuals in the Blue Economy sector to receive specialized training and mentoring to strengthen their entrepreneurial and technical capabilities.
The focus areas include empowering selected applicants to strengthen both their entrepreneurial skills and technical competencies in Advanced Digital Technologies (ADTs), providing tailored and comprehensive training and mentoring support on various topics, and facilitating expert input, feedback, and solution development through structured mentorship.
The ADT4Blue OC3 serves as the entry point for participation in its Training and Mentoring Programme, designed to run for a duration of six months. It comprises two distinct phases known as SPRINTs. The first, SPRINT 1 – OC3 Training, lasts three months and focuses on skill and knowledge development, while the second, SPRINT 2 – OC3 Mentoring, also of three months’ duration, provides in-depth guidance and support to refine participants’ innovations.
Applicants are eligible if they are based in an EU country or Horizon Europe participating country. Eligible entities include legally established SMEs, startups, and entrepreneurs, as well as natural persons such as technologists, higher education students, researchers, alumni, or domain experts within the Blue Economy sector.
At the start of the OC3 Programme, a matchmaking process will be conducted between selected applicants and mentors by the ADT4Blue Consortium. Participants will engage in one-on-one consultations with assigned mentors throughout the programme, ensuring continuous expert guidance to enhance the development and implementation of their solutions.
