The Orange Grove Incubation Programme is a fully online, 16-week initiative designed to help early-stage startups and innovators transform their breakthrough ideas into scalable businesses with expert guidance and global support.
Tailored entrepreneurial training helps participants build their skills and mindset through interactive workshops and personalised mentoring, while offering exclusive networking with a global ecosystem, including the community of Orange Grove and the Embassy of the Netherlands. Participants gain access to training resources, digital tools, and discounted services from trusted partners, and can validate their business ideas through dynamic workshops covering mindset, skills, and business fundamentals. The programme also provides personalized mentoring and on-demand 1:1 sessions with industry experts, growth acceleration through advanced workshops focusing on specific challenges, community meetups and networking opportunities with alumni and ecosystem partners, as well as full access to digital training materials and discounted partner services.
The programme starts in November 2025 with weekly mandatory workshops delivered online in English, with select sessions in Greek, typically covering legal or accounting topics. It is structured in two phases: a 10-week “Validate” phase focused on business fundamentals and skill-building, and a selective 6-week “Build” phase emphasizing tailored growth strategies and personalized mentoring.
Applicants are early-stage entrepreneurs or teams with innovative ideas, ready to commit to growth, and over 18 years old. A connection to Greece or the Netherlands is required, along with proficiency in English and Greek. Ideas from all sectors are welcome except military, gambling, and tobacco, or those violating laws, rights, or public interest.
Applications are reviewed by a selection committee, and shortlisted candidates undergo online interviews. Participation is fully sponsored with no fees, and selected participants retain full ownership of their ideas and results. Teams of up to five members can apply, and applicants previously involved in other incubators are also eligible.
