The ECS IA Resilience Power Electronics is seeking applications to support next-generation semiconductor technologies and market-ready power electronics solutions.
The focus areas include next-generation power semiconductor technologies, Wide Band Gap (WBG) devices, advanced integration and packaging solutions, energy efficiency, power density, thermal performance, cost competitiveness, secure and sovereign European value chains, fast development cycles, advanced methods and tools, and AI-supported industrial deployment.
The call aims to accelerate the development and industrialisation of innovative power electronics solutions that are close to market readiness. Projects should support improvements in performance and competitiveness while enabling large-scale industrial deployment.
Innovation Fund Denmark provides co-funding to Danish participants involved in successful projects under this call.
The maximum national funding is €650,000 per project when there is more than one Danish partner and €650,000 per Danish partner. If the coordinator is a Danish organisation, the maximum national funding is €1,300,000 per project and €650,000 per Danish partner. The minimum funding amount is €50,000 per partner, and EU co-funding is not included in these funding limits.
The call is open to Danish universities, companies, industry organisations, RTOs, and research organisations. All Danish organisations directly involved in project activities are eligible to apply to Innovation Fund Denmark.
