The funding opportunity aims to strengthen AI supply chain security by establishing a trusted credentialing and provenance platform. It focuses on verifying the origin and compliance of critical AI supply chain goods, enabling end-to-end tracking of AI infrastructure, semiconductors, and critical minerals, and improving logistics through cryptographic cargo verification, AI-assisted risk assessment, and expedited customs processing.

The funding amount ranges from US$1,000,000 to US$50,000,000. Eligible applicants include U.S. for-profit organizations or businesses, U.S.-based nonprofit or non-governmental organizations with or without 501(c)(3) status, and U.S.-based private, public, or state institutions of higher education.

Applications must clearly address the goals and objectives of the funding opportunity.
