The ADAPT Program is inviting applications to support cereal production and seed multiplication in Tunisia.
The program focuses on supporting cereal production in Tunisia and contributing to the production costs of consumer cereal producers and cereal seed multipliers during the 2026/2027 agricultural season.
The ADAPT Program has launched a call for proposals under AID 12304.01.0 and AID 12769.01.0 to support cereal production in Tunisia. The program provides financial assistance to help reduce production costs for eligible cereal collectors and seed producers during the 2026/2027 agricultural season.
A total indicative budget of €6,600,000 has been allocated for this call. Of this amount, €4,000,000 is allocated to Lot 1 for cereal collectors, while €2,600,000 is allocated to Lot 2 for seed producers. Under Lot 1, grant requests must range between €100,000 and €2,000,000. For Lot 2, the maximum grant amount available is €1,300,000.
Eligible applicants for Lot 1 must be established in Tunisia, be directly responsible for implementing the proposed action, and have been mandated by the Cereals Office as cereal collectors for at least two years, including the 2025/2026 campaign. Applicants must also be in good standing with the tax authorities and the CNSS and sell at least two eligible categories of agricultural inputs through payment facilities.
For Lot 2, applicants must also be established in Tunisia, manage the proposed action directly, and have been mandated by the Cereals Office as seed producers for at least two years, including the 2025/2026 campaign. They must also be in good standing with the tax authorities and the CNSS.
