FoundHers Innovation Labs is a high-impact, 3-month hybrid venture studio designed to support exceptional and diverse women founders who are scaling tech-enabled ventures.
The venture studio focuses on supporting diversity in tech, providing access to fractional Chief Technical Officers, facilitating in-person demo day opportunities, and delivering online weekly sessions with experts. The program is designed to strengthen product strategy, financial infrastructure, growth execution, investment readiness, global expansion, and venture scaling.
FoundHers Innovation Labs serves as a launchpad for category-leading founders by offering hands-on and embedded support from fractional CTOs and CFOs. Through expert guidance, participants receive assistance in refining product strategies, building strong financial foundations, and executing growth plans. The venture studio aims to help participating ventures achieve significant revenue growth during the program while preparing them for expansion into international markets and future investment opportunities.
The program is intended for founders who are actively building innovative and technology-enabled businesses. Participants are supported in strengthening their ventures, improving operational readiness, and positioning their companies for long-term growth and fundraising success. The venture studio emphasizes leadership development and scaling strategies that enable founders to advance their businesses with confidence.
Eligible applicants must lead a Black women-owned business with at least 33 percent ownership. Businesses must have a tech-enabled or innovative business model, demonstrate traction through revenue generation or a growing customer base, and possess an existing Minimum Viable Product (MVP). Founders should also have plans to raise venture capital or private equity within the next 12 to 18 months and maintain a revenue plan to support growth. Additionally, businesses must demonstrate scalable potential.
