The I-DAPT HUB Foundation at IIT (BHU) Varanasi has announced its Cohort 3 programme to support early-stage Indian startups working in advanced technology domains through funding, mentorship, and infrastructure support.
The focus areas, include supporting early-stage startups in artificial intelligence, data analytics, Internet of Things, cyber-physical systems, robotics, and AR/VR technologies, with a core emphasis on Data Analytics Predictive Technologies (DAPT), along with enabling innovation, research collaboration, and access to advanced technical ecosystems.
The programme is designed to accelerate technology-driven startups by providing financial assistance, mentorship, and access to high-end infrastructure. It aims to strengthen India’s innovation ecosystem by enabling startups to develop scalable solutions, connect with industry and government networks, and progress toward follow-on funding opportunities.
Selected startups under Cohort 3 will receive grants of up to ₹1 crore per company, along with office space at IIT BHU’s I-DAPT HUB, mentorship from faculty and industry experts, technical and legal support, and access to advanced laboratories and infrastructure. The programme also facilitates market access and networking opportunities with key stakeholders.
The programme is open to Indian-incorporated startups from idea stage to paying-customer stage, including pre-seed, seed, and Series A levels. Startups must be DPIIT-recognised, incorporated in India, and have at least one full-time founder holding a majority equity stake.
