The Derbyshire Accelerator is inviting applications to help Derbyshire-based businesses develop, grow, and innovate through tailored guidance and development opportunities.
The focus areas, of the programme include business development, growth and innovation support, digital skills enhancement, marketing and sales improvement, automation adoption, access to mentoring and diagnostic support, identification of funding opportunities, efficiency improvement, networking and peer collaboration, and signposting to additional business support programmes.
The programme provides eligible businesses with structured support to strengthen competitiveness and long-term sustainability. It aims to equip businesses with practical tools, expert guidance, and access to wider support networks to enhance performance and innovation capacity.
Support under the Derbyshire Accelerator includes one-to-one advice, mentoring and diagnostic services tailored to business needs. It also includes training and workshops focused on digital transformation, marketing, sales strategies, automation, and other key business development areas.
Participants are supported in identifying potential funding opportunities to support business growth, improve efficiency, and strengthen future resilience. The programme also facilitates networking and peer support opportunities, including engagement through the East Midlands Manufacturing Network.
In addition, businesses may be assessed and signposted to other relevant support schemes such as Export Accelerator, Help to Grow: Management, Innovate UK Business Growth, and Made Smarter East Midlands.
