The Vinnova is requesting applications for full-scale system demonstrator projects to accelerate the transition to fossil-free, safe, equitable, and efficient road transport.
The focus areas include addressing all system dimensions: behavior and culture, business models, regulations, policy and standardization, infrastructure both physical and digital, and technology including products, services, and processes, with the aim of implementing solutions that are scalable and can be widely adopted within a few years.
Eligible projects must have a high level of technical maturity, demonstrate solutions in real environments, and involve a broad collaboration of actors with the capacity to influence different parts of the transport system.
Projects must have a budget of at least SEK 10 million, with a minimum of 50 percent co-financing, of which at least 25 percent must come from the business sector, and may run for up to 36 months.
Applications are open to all groups of actors working in broad collaboration, including industry solution providers together with need owners, users, research organizations, and public actors.
