Invest for Jobs, with the support of its development partners, is inviting eligible SMEs in Ghana to apply for its nationwide Investor Readiness and Accelerator programme.
The focus areas of the project include training, one-on-one and group coaching with expert consultants, in-factory advisory support to refine loan and grant applications, matchmaking events with banks, impact investors, and equity financiers, as well as post-matchmaking support to strengthen participants’ chances of securing funding.
This programme targets Ghanaian SMEs that are formally registered and operational, seeking finance within the next 12 months, able to commit two staff members—including a finance officer and a senior manager or owner—to participate fully in the project, and interested in business expansion and job creation. Female-owned or female-led enterprises are particularly encouraged to apply.
Through this initiative, participants will gain critical skills, strategic advice, and access to networks that enhance their readiness for investment and their capacity to scale operations. The combination of hands-on support, expert coaching, and investor engagement is designed to accelerate growth and maximize impact for participating SMEs across Ghana.
