The European Landowners’ Organization is seeking applications for its Land and Soil Management Award.
The Soil Award provides a unique opportunity to showcase these efforts and gain recognition for innovative solutions, effective practices, and the positive impacts they bring to land, the environment, and local communities. By applying, participants not only highlight their achievements but also help raise awareness of successful approaches at local, national, and European levels, inspiring others to adopt similar practices.
Each year, the winning project receives a prize of €5,000 along with a diploma of recognition, celebrating their commitment to sustainable soil management and environmental stewardship.
The award is open to a wide range of applicants, including European farmers, landowners, and land managers, as well as groups of farmers. Applicants may participate independently or in collaboration with research institutes, universities, or private companies. Contributions from non-EU countries and overseas territories are also welcome, reflecting the award’s inclusive and international approach to promoting sustainable soil practices.
